The flameproof SB150-1 sounder and beacon combination unit is ATEX/IECEx certified for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, achieves a SIL2 safety level, and provides clear visual and audible status indication (with custom labeling options). Manufactured from glass fiber reinforced polyester (GRP).
Key Features: The explosion-proof assembly incorporates a combined sounder and beacon unit. Robust and highly reliable, this Ex assembly is engineered for corrosive environments and hazardous areas. It is SIL2 compliant in accordance with IEC 61508 and IEC 61511 standards. The enclosure is constructed from 316L stainless steel finished with UV-resistant coating, featuring a borosilicate glass lens. The entire assembly is mounted on a 316L stainless steel backplate.
Zones: ATEX Zone 1 and Zone 2 certified for gas/vapor applications; Zone 21 and Zone 22 compliant for combustible dust applications.

Standard Technical Terminology The flameproof CP135 manual call point is ATEX/IECEx certified for use in potentially explosive atmospheres and holds a SIL2 safety rating. When integrated with a fire alarm system, it activates alarms to alert personnel to potential hazards and signal the need for immediate emergency response. It is also known as an explosion-proof fire alarm call point, manual call point (MCP), or break glass call point.
Engineered for corrosive environments and hazardous areas, this robust and highly reliable Ex manual call point (MCP) / break glass call point is SIL2 compliant in accordance with IEC 61508 and IEC 61511 standards. The enclosure is molded from glass fiber reinforced polyester (GRP) protected with UV-resistant paint. These ATEX / IECEx compliant manual call points / break glass call points are fully compatible with PLC, ESD, and DCS systems and feature an integrated test function.
Zones: Certified for ATEX Zone 1 and Zone 2, IIB+H2 gas/vapor applications, and Zone 21 and Zone 22 combustible dust applications.
